With out a doubt, the best "bang for your buck" is our In-Shop Services. You get great services without having to pay for on-site overhead. Just bring your computer to our fully equipped shop anytime Monday-Friday 8-5 (we recommend you call first, just in case we are all out of the office). We will talk to you about your specific problem, recommend a service or take it in for further diagnostics, and give you a call when your service is complete. Whenever possible we recommend bringing your computer(s) into our shop for service.

Here are some of our most popular In-Shop Services:

	PC Check Up (Repair Quote) The PC Check-up Service is for our Customers who need to know what is wrong with their computers. Can it be fixed? If so, is it worth fixing? Our technicians will perform a thorough diagnostic and supply you with a report of our findings. You can then make an informed decision about your system and any needed repairs. The Service Fee is fully credited to your repair bill should you decide to let Nor-Tek do the repair work.

	Virus Removal One of the number one problems affecting computer performance is infection from viruses and other malicious software such as ad-ware, spy-ware, and other privacy-invading software. If your system seems to be running slower, performing erratically, or unexpectedly shutting down, your computer is most likely infected. Our virus removal service will clean your infected computer. The service also includes protecting your system from future infections. Nor-Tek’s service comes with a 100% removal guarantee. If we can’t remove the infection from your computer, you don’t pay us anything.

	Tune-Up Service Over time PC’s eventually lose efficiency because of hard drive clutter, registry errors, corrupted files, software configurations, and other performance robbing factors. Our PC TUNE-UP Service will restore your computer’s speed and performance, allowing it to run as efficiently as possible. This service includes: Hardware scan and diagnostics, Windows OS Registry check & cleaning, Update windows and Hardware drivers, Start up Optimization, Hard drive conditioning, Documents Folder Backup, complete cleaning (inside and out), and system status report.

	Repair Service Our shop is fully equipped to handle desktop and laptop repair. Whether you need an upgrade or major repair, Nor-Tek has the experience you need to get the job done right. We can perform repairs and service on all major brands of desktops and laptops such as HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Dell, Sony, IBM/Lenovo, and others. We carry the most common computer parts here in our shop, and specific parts can be ordered from one of our many suppliers.
