Nor-Tek offers On-Site service as well as pick-up and delivery service. This is perfect for our home office or small business office customers.  Just call Nor-Tek and a technician will arrive at your door ready to complete your repair or service.  On-Site customers pay the same hourly rate as our In-Shop customers + a travel surcharge.  If you would like to take advantage of our In-Shop service but don't have the time or feel uncomfortable about disconnecting you computer, Then give us a call and we will pick-up and deliver your PC for an additional delivery fee.  The pick up and delivery service includes disconnecting and reconnecting you computer, as well as turning it on and testing it to make sure everything is working as it should.
