For customers who would like to submit a problem, ask a question, or search our growing database of customer questions and solutions, we recommend you use our Help Desk Service page. This page is best for submitting a question after our business hours or when a live technician can't be reached @ 541-773-4835. Businesses can also use this page to request an emergency or regular on-site service visit. The trouble tickets submitted through this page are generally checked within 12 hours and first responded to no later then 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Remote Desktop Support

Remote Destop Support allows our technicians to connect to your computer directly and share a screen with the user. This service can be used to diagnose problems, perform services (such as PC-Tuneup, Virus Removal, or Software Installations), or customer training / consultations.
With our Desktop Service we can:
- Communicate with a customer via a chat box
- View our customer’s desktop
- Share control of our customer’s mouse and keyboard
- Send and receive files
- Reboot and reconnect to our customer’s computer
- Use Remote Diagnostics to retrieve the status of our customer’s computer
- Provide unattended support
- Leave zero footprint on our customer's computer

The Cost for Remote Desktop Service is $25 for the first 45 minutes and $10 every 15 minutes ($25 minimum). This fee is payable through credit card, and credit card information is collected upfront.
